Dr. Chelsea Chang is a board-certified Internal Medicine Physician at UT Health RGV. She is currently located at our Internal Medicine clinic in Weslaco, TX, where she provides exceptional primary care services to our Rio Grande Valley community.
Dr. Chang graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and a Minor in Spanish from Texas A&M University in 2008, and she received her Medical Degree (M.D.) from Texas A&M University in 2012. She then completed her Residency at the Texas A&M Scott and White Memorial Hospital in 2015. After her residency, Dr. Chang received her board certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine.
As an Internal Medicine Physician, Dr. Chang is an expert in preventing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of internal diseases in adults and adolescents. She offers specialized care for diabetes, heart disease, cholesterol, hypertension, asthma, and more. Her other services include health screenings for men and women and acute illness care.
